➔ Follow-up with new leads found on “Student ID” sheet
Table on campus to identify new interested students: Campus Coordinators are expected to table on campus each week to identify new interested students. The amount of student ID’s required per week will be decided by the respected Regional Manager.
Upload activism pictures and Student ID’s to Google Drive: Student ID’s should be uploaded to the Campus Coordinator’s Student ID spreadsheet on Google Drive. Activism pictures should be uploaded to the Campus Coordinator’s Activism Pictures folder on Google Drive.
Follow-up with new leads: Campus Coordinators are expected to follow-up with all new leads once per week. Campus Coordinators should follow-up via email and invite prospective members to join their chapter.
Communicate with TPUSA Staff Member once per week: Campus Coordinators are expected to send an email to their TPUSA Field Rep or Regional Manager each week that includes a brief summary of the status of chapter recruitment/growth, and any questions, concerns, and/or comments.
