Turning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to educating students about the importance of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. With a presence on over 1,200 college campuses in all fifty states, Turning Point USA is one of the largest youth organizations in the country. Our primary focus is to identify, educate, train, and empower student activists to stand up for their values on all high school and college campuses.
Job Description: Advancement Administrators will be responsible for the execution and implementation for front-facing investor communications. This role will work directly with the Advancement Administrative Director and Advancement Representatives to ensure the success of fundraising in their respective regions. Job responsibilities include maintaining donor information for the department’s database, preparing reports for regional fundraisers, booking travel, as well as additional assigned duties. Attention to detail, particularly in preparing presentations for the advancement team, is a must. There will be a high level of exposure to advancement related opportunities, and therefore this position requires a high level of professionalism and confidence at all times (this both a front-facing position as well as a behind-the-scenes position.)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
● 1-3 years admin or management, campaign or relevant experience
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
● Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
● Unmatched passion for conservative politics

● Expertise on Powerpoint and/or Google Slides
● Executive leadership experience
Advancement Representatives are required to have a valid driver license, a reliable mode of transportation, and proof of insurance when applicable. Advancement Representatives are required to pass a background check.
