Turning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to educating students about the importance of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. With a presence on over 1,000 college campuses in all fifty states, Turning Point USA is one of the largest youth organizations in the country. Our primary focus is to identify, educate, train, and empower student activists to stand up for their values on all high school and college campuses.
Job Description: Turning Point USA’s Victory Program Administrative Director is responsible for managing a team of Administrators to ensure the Victory Program Managers, and Representatives are provided all resources necessary to meet and manage goals. This includes, but is not limited to: booking travel engagements, planning the Campus Leadership Summit, and overseeing student research as it pertains to leadership initiatives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years managing field staff, grassroots campaign, office or relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
- Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
- Unmatched passion for conservative politics
