Turning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to educating students about the importance of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. With a presence on over 1,000 college campuses in all fifty states, Turning Point USA is one of the largest youth organizations in the country. Our primary focus is to identify, educate, train, and empower student activists to stand up for their values on all high school and college campuses.
Job Description: Human Capital Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Human Capital in the process of hiring all part-time campus coordinators and interns. It is the responsibility of the Human Capital Coordinator to reach goals set forth by the Director of Human Capital. Some examples of goals may include, but not be limited to: conducting the hiring process for all roles set forth by the Director of Human Capital meeting all necessary deadlines, and recruiting a particular number of new employees. The ideal candidate will first fit the company culture, embodying the following traits: grassroots humility, warrior spirit, and persistent innovation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Excellent demonstration of critical thinking/ problem solving skills in past roles
- Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
