TPIRC is a non-profit clinical care and research center that focuses on the development of cutting-edge, individualized treatment protocols for rare and orphan diseases utilizing comprehensive diagnostic tools and patient-driven research. Our treatment programs are one of a kind with unmatched success rates. Our team is rapidly growing and we are looking for new members to support our mission. 

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to assist our growing organization in managing all aspects of the internal projects. Responsibilities include assisting our team in the day-to-day execution of key processes; assisting and supporting projects through planning, development and operations phases. As Project Coordinator you work closely with our Leadership team to ensure that all projects remain on target, within budget, and on time. 

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining administrative oversight of project flow for the team, proactively ensuring that all projects are completed on time
  • Coordinate project activities with vendors and internal team members
  • Keep track of key deliverables for each project, due dates and metrics 
  • Provide daily and weekly reporting of project progress and metrics
  • Maintain and ensure that all project tasks are accounted for
  • Generate great cross-functional relationships internally and externally for efficient and effective interdepartmental flow
  • Assist in development of an ongoing communication and publish calendar/timeline based on project objectives

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four year college/university
  • Strong creative talent and problem-solving skills
  • Must balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines
  • The ability to anticipate needs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced, rapidly-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize, and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledgeable about principles and practices of organization, planning and records management
  • Confidence and skill handling clients in person and on the phone
  • Excellent proficiency with Google G Suite, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of various social media networks
