Operations Supervisor

What you get to do every day:

  •  Supervise 5-8 coordinators on the Account Coordinator team 
  • Ensure that each individual is completing their workload – presale and postsale
  • Provide real-time feedback and Conduct regular 1:1’s with individuals to provide guidance for meeting lead time goals and maintaining accuracy and quality of work
  • Obtain and provide feedback with collaborating departments and partners
  • Ensure Coordination Team is consistently meeting deadlines and upholding quality and productive output:
  • Balance team workload such as redistribution of events, portions of events, purchase order management etc.
  • Evolve and build out reporting on workflows to ensure accountability
  • Evolve and build upon operational workflows and systems for team efficiencies and efficacies
  • Assist with development of Coordination team
  • Interview and hire prospective team members
  • Train and develop new hires
  • Continued education and training for coordinators
  • Serve as a resource for the Coordination Team for problem solving 
  • Responsible for Tier 1 troubleshooting for operational challenges or unique problems
  • Responsible for reduced sales event workload such as, but not limited to:
  • Events with new Sales team members
  • Events of the highest difficulty
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on workflow improvements with other internal departments
  • Monitoring specialized operational workflows and systems in conjunction with interdepartmental team members (eg: activators, consignment, billing, etc.)
 
What you bring to the role:

  • 1+ year(s) experience in a supervisory role
  • A genuine concern for people, their career growth and professional learning goals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Analytical and Data-based decision-making skills, SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Proactive and motivational attitude that sets the tone for a healthy and energetic work environment
