What you’ll be doing:
- Own the full life cycle recruiting process for new talent to join the team: Sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring talent
- Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers to prepare interview teams, develop interview processes and feedback forms
- Create and promote messaging that attract top level talent
- Assisting managers and interviewers in effectively assessing and providing feedback on candidates
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System and update status for all candidates
- Assist Recruiting Team with various projects
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality at all times
What you bring to the role:
- 1+ years of recruiting or related experience
- Proven experience in direct sourcing techniques with the ability to build and maintain a network of top tier talent
- A passion for learning new roles and industries
- Enjoy working with new people and establishing relationships
- Self motivated and goal driven with a sense of passion, agility, and customer focus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with no fear of cold calling, networking and public speaking
