Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a contract recruiter to help us grow out our team across all disciplines. You'll be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and being the quarterback for guiding candidates through the interview process at Totemic.

What you’ll need:
  • Strong experience and track record of growing high performing teams in different disciplines.
  • Enough technical expertise to be able to communicate the roles you are hiring for.
  • Excellence at communication and collaborating with other team members.
  • Organized, methodical, and excellent at multitasking.
  • Sharp interview skills.
  • Great intuition for screening and assessing whether a candidate's skill's and motivations align with our core values and business needs.
