Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a multi-faceted engineer with a strong background in digital signal processing, who will be a key member of our algorithms team. The candidate will work on various phases of our product life-cycle (sensor bring-up, algorithm development, real-time implementation in embedded devices etc.), providing significant exposure to system level design. He/she will be part of a core group that plays a direct role in determining company direction and ultimately the success of the product.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mathematical foundation, particularly in probability and stochastic theory, with a significant know-how of at least one RF system or sensor (especially radar). He/she should be knowledgeable in state estimation and tracking techniques like Kalman Filters, and be adept at simulating these techniques in C or Python. Expertise in embedded device bring-up, implementation of algorithm under memory and compute constraints and a general comfortness handling HW are big pluses. You will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast paced and highly collaborative work environment.
