Our business is growing at a fast pace, and as such, we are looking for a motivated Customer Support Advisor to join our team.
The role
You will be joining the operations department primarily as a live-chat operator. Your main focus will be converting potential customers into sales by answering their questions about our service, and by providing outstanding customer support to existing customers.
Though communication will mostly be over live-chat, you'll also be supporting customers and mentors through email and over the phone.
Main responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming emails and live customer web chats from the website as per department procedures and service guidelines
- Respond to customer and mentor email correspondence
- Maximise all opportunities to help convert enquiries into deals
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every chat to exceed customer expectations and provide the best customer experience possible
- General administration and telephony work
- Basic reporting duties to support the sales team
This is initially a temporary post for 3 months, with potential to extend into a permanent role for the right person. The core hours will be 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
Who we are looking for
You must:
- Have an ability to multi-task (several chats/conversations at once!)
- Be a native English speaker
- Have impeccable written English skills
- Be a fast typer — ideally at least 60 words per minute
- Have some experience in customer support
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers
- Enjoy working at a fast pace
