Our business is growing at a fast pace, and as such, an opportunity has arisen for a motivated entry-level Account Manager to join our team and learn about marketing, sales, customer service and management.

The role
Whilst some experience of account management or sales is preferred, this is also a role in which you will be fully trained and have the chance to gain a whole host of skills.

You will act as the first point of contact for existing and potential customers, helping to answer their queries, working to understand their needs and proposing the best solutions. You will use your communication skills to build strong, long-lasting relationships, and your organisational prowess to manage your large customer list.

In addition you will:
  • Promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Manage the sales pipeline for one of our key services
  • Help define the products and strategy needed for critical growth
Full training will be given. Once established in the role, you will also be required to work closely with our product development and marketing teams to expand and promote our range of services.

Ideally we are looking for someone with 1-2 years' experience working in a sales or account management environment, but this is not essential. If you have the right amount of enthusiasm, eagerness and willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.

Who we are looking for
You must:
  • Have an undergraduate degree from a top-tier university
  • Have strong interpersonal communication, persuasion and articulation skills
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Have excellent time-management and organisational skills

We'd like someone with:
  • Proven work experience as a Junior Account Manager or relevant sales role
  • Experience with CRM software
  • An understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
