Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role

As a foundational member of the sales team, you will be responsible for bringing on new Enterprise Clients. We work as one unit; you’ll collaborate across operations, product, engineering to support existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and creatively solve for business goals. 

  • Create and deploy creative business development initiatives to attract new enterprise customers and partnerships
  • Qualify and advance leads generated both from your own business development efforts as well as marketing supplemented leads. 
  • Use data to best understand industry customer needs
  • Work closely with a tight-knit team to meet and exceed personal and team goals

  • Background in Recruiting or HR Enterprise Sales
