Summary
Together’s account executive will be an integral part of our early team and will make a significant contribution to helping close deals, taking over sales leads, and building a repeatable sales process.
The account executive will engage with senior business and human resources executives at enterprises to establish long term customer relationships. AEs are quota-carrying reps responsible for the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, working with marketing, product and customer support as necessary, and serve as the primary customer contact for all adoption-related activities.
- Generate new leads
- Help refine Together’s sales process design for bringing our product to market
- Contribute to building out Together’s narrative & pitch
- Respond to and qualify leads interested in Together to a build pipeline of potential customers
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing opportunities through creative follow-up over email, phone, and video chat.
- Execute a consultative sales approach with a sales cycle of 3 months.
- Interpret product feedback and deliver constructive feedback to the product management team and help determine how to better articulate the value proposition.
Requirements:
- You have 3 - 10 years of quota carrying sales experience selling B2B solutions.
- Experience selling to Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development or HR in business with more than 1,000 employees is highly desirable.
- You are a self-starter with the hunger to be great.
- You can execute a consultative sales approach. Have the ability to see and share the big picture.
- You practice extreme ownership. Have the capacity and drive to own and perfect the process.
- You have excellent communication skills. Provide persistent follow through on commitments to our customers.
- Comfortable with ambiguity

We make it easy for companies to manage and measure best-practice mentorship programs in their workplace. Our goal is to improve and retain talent. Founded in early 2018, Together has already made significant traction developing its product and selling to multiple leading companies.
About the team: We are a small, but growing team. Together was co-founded by two ex-BCGers (Boston Consulting Group) who have a passion for mentorship and building amazing products. Joining them are a senior engineer (ex-Tophat) and senior UX designer (ex-Tophat). Outside of coding and building our business, we love having fun - sailing in the summer, skiing in the winter to name a few of our favorite activities.
