We are a professional project management firm that assists our clients with identifying hail damage on their commercial buildings and then managing the insurance claim settlement process for them. It is our goal, to obtain a satisfactory settlement such that they are able to replace their existing flat roof with a new and updated roof system. We utilize Strategic Partners such as; Consulting Meteorologists, Building Consultants, Forensic Engineers, and Attorneys to ensure that our clients receive the maximum dollar amount that can be claimed from their policies.
As our Client Solutions Executive you must have a proven track record of successfully selling large service-type contracts to regional and national accounts within key verticals such as Commercial Real Estate Investors, Commercial Property Brokers, & REIT’s.
Other relevant sales experience will be considered.
Experienced and skilled at penetrating accounts through superior strategy, drive, work ethic and business development skills.
Knowledge of Commercial Property Insurance claims highly preferred.
Superior relationship management skills.
An analytical mind with an attention to detail.
Knowledge of Commercial Roofing Industry a plus.
Utilize creative thinking for creating marketing and sales strategies to penetrate and sell large dollar contracts within key verticals.
Experienced using one or more CRM packages to create effective dashboards to manage sales and marketing performance.
Experience with Insightly highly preferred.
Skilled at working trade shows and other networking events.
Capable of meeting the travel requirements to successfully generate new business.
Able to navigate heights, and occasionally use an extension ladder.

Minimum Requirements:CRM (SalesForce etc.): 5 years
Selling to medium and large corporate accounts: 5 years
4 year college degree from an accredited university
Valid driver’s license
Able to pass drug screen
Currently located in either St. Louis, Louisville, or Atlanta
