Job description
The Head of Growth function focuses on optimizing the revenue funnel by designing and executing plans to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and upsell.
The Growth area oversees product development, influences marketing, and works closely with UX; building multidisciplinary teams to bring innovative solutions to market
Responsibilities
- Establish a cadence of rapid experimentation to the organization, especially to the product, marketing and UX areas, designing solutions, conducting A/B tests, and reporting on and communicating results to the team and stakeholders
- Build a customer centric culture by coordinating continuous efforts to improve our understanding of customers’ needs and context, test our main root cause hypothesis and validate MVPs directly with customers
- Create and drive acquisition and retention strategies for our products, identifying the most effective and efficient ways to grow product revenues continuously optimize it for results
- Devise and implement TiendaPago’s marketing strategy, with the ultimate goal of increasing engagement, conversion, and user retention for our products
- Develop a model of customer behavior, and adjust value proposition, customers’ journey and marketing initiatives to different segments resulting from the model
- Build a strong multidisciplinary team aligned with TiendaPago’s culture to work on product, marketing and UX
- Identify new growth opportunities and areas of meaningful improvement, lead the design of product, marketing and UX initiatives to capture that value
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree (Masters degree preferred)
● + 10 yrs Product management, marketing or strategy consulting experience
● +5yrs Management roles experience
● Previous experience with Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies
● Comfortable managing quantitative reports, statistics, and Big data visualization tools
