Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (Ladrón de Guevara)
Salary: 4,000 pesos mensuales ( 4 to 6 hrs daily) Monday to Friday

Summary/Objective
Responsible for keeping track of the organization’s operations, support and work with company’s management team, sales representatives and employees across the entire organization and reports to the Senior Sales Coordinator.
Duties and responsabilities:
- Responsibility to create contracts.
- Work with departments, sales, operations and marketing to ensure process of new and existing clients is being followed.
- Maintaining sales official templates for prospect qualification.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales.
- Maintains integrity of CRM data and reports.
- Coordinates and maintain Metrics and Dashboards.
- Conducts special projects as directed and performs other duties as assigned
- Making sure sales is aligned with Sales Process.
- Keeping track of Bookings and contract log.
Skill required:
- English both spoken and written
- Keeping track of actual accounts and new contracts
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and Operations
Required Education and Experience:
- Currently studying bachelor's degree on Administration, Business, International Business, Sales
- Can be an Administration / Sales / Accountant / International Business / Organizational Administration / Marketing degree.
