Tech Support Engineer

 Main Skills: 
  • Basic knowledge in functional testing.        
  • Experience with Regular Expressions.                                                                            
  • Experience in networking (Type of devices in a network, Topologies, Protocols, Standards, TCP/IP Fundamentals, Remote Connectivity)
  • Experience in network and application security (Attack Types, Firewalls and Proxy Servers)
  • Experience in network troubleshooting 
  • Experience with network monitoring and auditing  
  •  Intermediate-Advanced English level
  • Soft skills like team collaboration, communication, proactive, negotiation, leadership, self-taught person.     

 Nice to have:  
  • Experience developing in: C#, .NET Framework
  • Basic Knowledge in any DBMS (MSSQL, MySQL, etc..) 
  • Experience with Unix environments

 Any of the following certifications is a plus:
  • CompTIA Security+
  • CEH: Certified Ethical Hacker
  • GSEC: SANS GIAC Security Essentials
  • CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional
  • CISM: Certified Information Security Manager
