We’re seeking a Senior Learning Architect to join the Training Team at Thrive Global. This role is at the intersection of creativity and practicality. The heart and the mind. Modern science and ancient wisdom. You will be the in-house expert on our content and the best way to define, create, deliver and continuously improve our messages. You’ll drive change through training solutions, primarily instructor-led, taking into account our science-based and performance-driving approach. This role collaborates and consults with both internal and external stakeholders to take Thrive Global’s impact on individuals and companies to the next level.

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
- Design top notch, science-based learning experiences that have a true behavioral impact on people and the companies in which they work
- Serve as a subject matter expert on content design, adult learning trends and approaches and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to lead the development and implementation of complex programs and solutions
- Create highly usable facilitator guides and develop and deliver Train the Trainer sessions as needed.
- In partnership with our Research Analyst, determine the best way to measure training effectiveness and participant behavior change
- Meet with clients and analyze other sources of feedback and data to take our existing and new offerings to the next level
- Support the sales team to develop winning solutions for proposals and serve as the instructional design SME in client conversations as needed
MUST HAVES
- Coursework in a related field such as Adult Learning, HR, Business or Psychology preferred
- 5-8 years experience in instructional design, OD/HR/L&D or change management
- Significant commercial experience working with or for S&P 500 companies or equivalent
- Stellar writing, presentation and exercise design skills
