Client Experience Director, Brand Partnerships

Thrive Global is seeking a dynamic Client Experience Director to oversee our top media accounts, working with the branded content, editorial, business development and communications teams to drive the coordination of activities and deliverables for our most important accounts. As a Client Experience Director, you will serve as the first line of contact with clients from pitch to creative development to asset delivery and recap.

Central to our mission is Thrive’s media platform which reaches over 30 million users and serves as the global hub for the conversation around changing the way we work and live, with an emphasis on action and featuring original, expert, and community content.

This position requires 3+ years of related experience, and is well-suited for someone looking to work in a dynamic startup environment at a mission-driven company.

You will:
  • Serve as the client’s primary point of contact for the program, meeting and exceeding client expectations
  • Work closely across teams to launch and manage creative campaigns
  • Monitor and optimize program timelines, performance and delivery
  • Weigh and balance client needs with Thrive’s values and vision to ensure that everyone is clear on the path to mutual success
  • Provide meaningful insight and learnings from campaigns to develop case studies and other sales materials
  • Have deep experience project managing creative teams to execute post sale branded content deliverables such as social video, long form video, podcasts, articles, social first activations, OOH activations, and branded events. 
  • Have substantial experience with budgeting and revenue tracking, and a working knowledge of media plan structure and efficiencies.
