The Client Solutions Team is our driving force, growing accounts strategically, and uniting cross functional teams. They find their voice within the business and have an expertise running projects at scale.  They are able to act both completely independent and as strong team contributors; they are able to handle the ever-increasing volume and complexity of work. They accomplish this by their ability to anticipate every move, and act with utmost tact and diplomacy. As a Client Solutions Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to significantly impact the way employees live and work and around the world. 
Who We Are Looking For
  • Someone who's comfortable in a client-facing  role, and energized leading high- profile meetings with senior stakeholders
  • A strong, tactful communicator, able to speak and write with passion, fluency and brevity
  • An expert at managing Enterprise accounts and has experience using a consultative approach and developing trusted relationships with C-level executives
  • Someone with a proven track record of taking initiative, finding solutions and driving improvements to a business process
  • An entrepreneur who embraces tremendous goals and works hard to achieve them
  • Someone who manages time and prioritizes effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations 
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is flexible and has high energy to get work done
  • A life-long learner with interest in topics such as well-being, productivity, neuroscience, psychology, performance 
How You’ll Contribute
  • Work closely with Senior Client Partners and Director of Client Solutions to deliver timely proposals with the highest level of client satisfaction
  • Cultivate and track the full execution of Thrive Global solutions from time of sale through implementation and ongoing partner support
  • Troubleshoot client requests and questions
  • Maintain overall project details and drive the coordination of activities and deliverables among all internal Thrive Global teams domestically and globally

Must Haves
  • BA/BS degree 
  • 5+ years managing Fortune 2,000 accounts
  • 3+ years managing complex $1M+ annual contracts
  • Excellent communication and client-management skills
  • Experience using Salesforce and G-Suite preferred
