Client Partner

Description:

We are looking for a Client Partner to join our Sales Organization to identify potential client opportunities and generate new business. You will frequently interact with the C-Suite of global, Fortune 1,000 companies. You will be responsible for responding to highly signaled inbound inquiries, as well as generating new opportunities from outbound activity. You will strategically approach target companies and sell the entirety of Thrive’s behavior change solutions that include content, training and digital products that help customers achieve their corporate wellness objectives. Although you strive to meet and exceed quota, you will always act in the best interest of the client, align with Thrive’s culture and values, and contribute to the lively dynamic of the team. This role will report to the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities
  • Attend C-Suite client meetings with members of the Thrive executive team
  • Prospect and build pipeline and strong relationships with prospects
  • Leverage existing and new relationships with current accounts to grow the business
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for your book of business
  • Secure new business by developing and presenting relevant solutions that help clients achieve their corporate wellness objectives
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota expectations
  • Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on your pipeline status
  • Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
  • Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum 8 years of technology/media/corporate training sales
  • Experience managing large (Fortune 1,000) accounts
  • Experience managing $1M+ annual contracts
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven written communication and telephone skills
  • Proven ability in successfully driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships
  • Proven ability to structure and manage complex negotiations to successful closure and delivery
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
