Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise Solutions

The ‘Product Marketing Manager’ will be responsible for developing all sales and marketing collateral for Thrive Global’s suite of behavior change products. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Content, PR, and Design, you will develop client-ready materials to communicate Thrive’s product offering to potential enterprise clients, as well as internally to Thrive’s sales teams and network of facilitators. You will create market-ready materials to be used by Thrive’s sales teams in external conversations with both prospects and existing clients, establish processes to gather market and user feedback on our go-to-market strategy, continuously refine and update collateral as we evolve our products, maintain an updated understanding of our competitive landscape, and establish key metrics of success for our product marketing efforts for the enterprise audience.


Responsibilities
  • Lead development of sales and marketing collateral to promote Thrive’s products and services to both prospects and existing customers (eg - sales collateral like one-sheeters, presentations, marketing landing pages, promotional videos, client e-mails, demos, webinars, etc.)
  • Work collaboratively with Senior Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Content, Engineering, and PR to gain alignment on go-to-market strategies and tactics
  • Work with Thrive’s Design and Content teams to develop world-class sales and marketing assets
  • Establish a market feedback process to generate insights about Thrive’s product offering and influence our go-to-market strategy
  • Develop and maintain a competitive landscape assessment, including the products and accompanying go-to-market strategies within Thrive’s competitive space
  • Develop OKRs and KPIs to track the effectiveness of Thrive’s go-to-market strategy and each individual asset

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills, including experience with client-facing roles
  • Experience with B2B sales and/or marketing a must; experience with HR and/or SaaS products a plus
  • Experience with design and data visualization to create sales and marketing collateral
  • Strong time management skills, ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience with project management and stakeholder management to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Knowledge and experience with presentation software (Google Slides, Powerpoint, Keynote) and design software (Adobe Suite) to build customer-facing collateral
  • Knowledge and experience with project management software (Asana, Trello, etc) and collaboration features within Google Docs (Sheets, Slides, etc)
  • Demonstrated interest in and passion around topics including well-being, productivity, purpose, neuroscience, psychology, performance and wisdom
  • Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn
  • Self-starter, able to prioritize in a fast-paced startup environment
