Thrive Causemetics was born out of a friendship. Makeup artist and product developer, Karissa Bodnar, lost her dear friend Kristy to cancer at just 24 years old. Kristy’s compassionate and vivacious spirit inspired Karissa to establish Thrive Causemetics, a beauty brand and philosophy that goes beyond skin deep by empowering women.

We believe changing the world starts with a single ingredient, and that’s why we create vegan, 100% cruelty-free formulas containing proven ingredients without the use of parabens and sulfates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Create, execute, and manage the trafficking of all online marketing campaigns. Delivering all necessary assets to media publishers got successful campaign launch
  • Reporting and Tracking
  • Pull, analyze, and input daily data across all acquisition channels; work in platform tools that detail our efforts and spend in various acquisition channels
  • Track insights with Strategic Analysis on weekly company performance numbers
  • Traffic and tag all media with appropriate UTM structure
  • Routinely produce error-free reports on performance and progress of campaigns in order to effectively manage and grow revenue
  • Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels
  • Coordinate development of all online creative with growth team and graphic design team while ensuring attention to detail in editing and proofreading 
  • Support Growth team and campaign managers with deadline-oriented creative requests
  • Work with tech and product management teams to submit and QA tracking tags 
  • Measure and report performance of conversion tests, and assess against goals
  • Create PowerPoint presentations that communicate key marketing results to the team on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Compile, present and provide ongoing feedback to internal teams in regards to creative assets and testing 
  • Compile specific analytical data in regards to weekly performance, promotional performance, and special projects
  • Participate in creative brainstorm meetings and take minutes to be distributed to the group
  • Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and actively share new insights
  • Participating in managing external agencies to deliver against brand and performance marketing briefs 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 1+ years of experience working in the digital media & planning space 
  • In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager & Google AdWords is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to complete assignments within tight and often difficult deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, but also can work well with a team
  • Passion for beauty, technology, and e-commerce
  • Exceptional analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions and problem-solving
  • Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task, deliver exceptional results, and motivate others in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, especially Excel
  • Preferred 4-year degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Finance or other quantitative fields of study 
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook, AdWords or other platforms a plus
