District Sales Manager

Responsibilities - 
Plan and coordinate business operations to achieve sales goals. 
Manage a team of professionals on daily basis to meet or exceed company objectives. 
Identify skill gaps and coach accordingly from a management to employee level.
Address team concerns and provide direction whenever needed. 
Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards. 
Follow up on any customer issues and ensure outstanding customer service. 
Conduct performance evaluation of team members and provide feedback for improvements. 
Build strong working relationships and maintain effective communications with team members. 
Identify business challenges and suggest appropriate action plans. 
Develop new business strategies for business growth and revenue generation. 
Build positive working and learning environment for team members. 
Prepare budgets, control expenses, and identify revenue opportunities. 
Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities. 
Ensure that teams follow company policies and procedures at all times. 
Ensures the proper maintenance and upkeep of all locations within district.
Understand and uphold company policies, provide accountability and guidance regarding these policies.

Requirements - 
Sales background and or sales-related exposure through schooling or work experience to understand day to day business functions.
Previous management experience - minimum 1 year.
Works well with people, both the general public. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
For travel involved in job, ability to be away from home occasionally overnight and for longer than normal workday; valid driver’s license required.
Administrative and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently.
