This position will work within an assigned market segment to improve Business sales (SMB), reach, maintain, and exceed set sales goals provided by the Regional Business Account Manager for each door in the assigned market. Increase the current customer base, generate new customers, and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:

  • Leading, training, and managing Business sales (SMB sales) at a market level.
  • Responsible for managing each stores Business funnel (SMB funnel) across the assigned market.
  • Hold 2 in-person trainings per month in the market.
  • Hold 2 weekly online webinars covering various topics (to be discussed and assigned by the Regional Business Account Manager).
  • Achieving high sales targets and goals while motivating each store in the market to do the same.
  • Building new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
  • Giving sales presentations to high-level executives.
  • Feedback all suggestions for improvement to the business account manager.
  • Ensuring customers are aware with all competitive activities within accounts and preventing attrition.
  • Keep accurate, detailed records of all sales activity in CRM (Funnel).
  • Maintain each stores funnel across the given market.
  • Make approximately 20 - 30 calls per day to customers to build value added relationship that will lead to long-term partnership.
  • Manage and ensure that each store in the market is Producing 15 calls (Warm/Cold) on a weekly basis.
  • Manage and ensure that each store in the market is sending out 15 cold proposal emails on a weekly basis.
  • Produce 2 leads per week per store, at least one from walk in traffic and one from Warm / Cold calls.
  • Business consultant will be required to visit 20 doors (stores) per month, this must be trackable (Business Account Manager to decide tracking).
  • The Business Consultant will be required to attend all assigned weekly conference calls.
  • Responsible for providing weekly SMB updates to the Business Account Manager with details on specific leads from each store in the market.
  • Generate Proposals for leads provided by the stores in the market.
  • Generate Proposals per request from Business Account Manager.
  • Assist with SMB development program in your assigned market.
  • Business Consultant will be held to developing SMB Ambassadors across the market for each store in the assigned market.
