Wireless Store Manager

We are looking for results-driven, high energy, experienced and capable candidates to be responsible for overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most amount of success if they have a background in sales management, employee recruitment and/or retail management. Store manager responsibilities may include developing managers in training.

Responsibilities
-Developing and executing business strategies to increase customer traffic and maximize profitability
-Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
-Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by creating promoters
-Efficiently operating the store by adhering to compliance policies and procedures
-Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
-Inventory ordering, replenishment and transferring products in a timely manner
-Actively engaging small business customers and creating a successful store funnel
-Proposing innovative ideas to maximize profitability on a per box level
-Conducting personnel performance reviews to build career paths
-Dealing with any and all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
-Being the leading example in personal appearance, customer traffic, maximizing sales and overall performance

Requirements
-Proven successful experience as a retail manager
-Powerful leading skills and business orientation
-Customer management skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
