Position: Customer Service Manager
Location: Valparaiso, Indiana area
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Must have previous Customer Service management experience: Responsible for Call Center, Customer Service, and Claims department.
- Call Center Management: Monitor calls for quality issues, customer satisfaction, and process customer claims
- Continuous Improvement mindset: Identify and implement process improvements to help promote productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, and morale
- Sales Support: Assist the Sales Team with inventory levels, production schedules, and product availability
- Detail Oriented: Input and update Pricing in the ERP system.
- Food Safety: Comply with all Quality, HACCP, GMP and Food Safety standards
