- Fitness Industry Experience is a bonus, but not a requirement.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
1/ Club Performance
- Contribute to overall performance of Sales Team and Personal Training Team each business quarter.
- Ensure the effective use of procedures & processes to enhance Company performance.
- Achieve new sales, upsell and cross-sell targets each month.
2/ Member Experience & Integration
- Contribute to improving customer feedback and retention each business quarter.
- Go above and beyond the norm to enhance the member experience.
- Drive integration of new members and up-sell members into personal training and group training.
- Ensure that every member interaction results in a positive experience.
