THE REST. 
  • Minimum 1 years in Customer Service, Sales or Marketing.
  • Knowledge of the Gym Environment.  
  • Fitness Industry Experience is a bonus, but not a requirement.
  • Record of achievements and success

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES.

1/ Club Performance  

  • Contribute to overall performance of Sales Team and Personal Training Team each business quarter. 
  • Ensure the effective use of procedures & processes to enhance Company performance. 
  • Achieve new sales, upsell and cross-sell targets each month. 
 
2/ Member Experience & Integration

  • Contribute to improving customer feedback and retention each business quarter.
  • Go above and beyond the norm to enhance the member experience. 
  • Drive integration of new members and up-sell members into personal training and group training.
  • Ensure that every member interaction results in a positive experience.
