The Ad Masters is seeking exceptionally bright, self-motivated, highly focused individuals to support our CEO at Wave BC, Kyiv. We are seeking a Digital Media Buyer to join our team full-time. You will collaborate with the media strategy team in the planning of digital media programs and be responsible for overall media placement, including traffic sources such as Google, Yahoo!, Bing, Facebook & FBX, and Display/Mobile, Video via Demand Side Platform (DSP). You will be involved in the entire campaign lifecycle from media planning to optimizations & reporting.
You will be responsible for developing effective digital media ad campaigns. You will segment target audiences, track ad bids, help conduct A/B tests of ad copy and creative, and optimize your campaigns for success. You will regularly present progress and results to department leads as well as translate those results in a way that clients and other departments can understand.
- Coordinate with strategists, designers, copywriters, community managers and other internal staff to develop cutting edge social media campaigns
- Create digital ad campaigns across display, mobile, social, search and emerging media from ideation to execution
- Review all assets to ensure social media ads are aligned with the strategic approach
- Analyze and monitor ad performance on a daily basis
- Conduct A/B testing to identify high performing ads and incorporate learnings into future campaigns
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience with Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager
- A passion & hunger for growth, iteration and experimentation
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills and a knack for understanding multiple interacting metrics
