As part of our global expansion plans, we are building a group of energetic and highly motivated Account Specialists under our India entity (Niovue Technologies Pvt. Ltd.)  As an Account Specialist, you will work with a portfolio of advertisers and be responsible in helping them meet their advertising goals via account optimization across ad platforms such as Amazon, Walmart & Google. Additionally, an Account Specialist also gets the opportunity of testing internal tools, gathering & sharing insights with the internal product and engineering teams. To be successful in this role, you will be expected to use your analytical skills, help the advertisers in growing their existing business and develop new business opportunities. You will carry business goals and will be measured on key metrics aligned to the sales and account management teams’ goals. You’ll need to be- technically savvy with an interest in online advertising, good with data, well organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’ll also need to be self-motivated to get on phone calls with advertisers to explain the optimization recommendations & the paths to resolution. Your commitment to the success of our advertising customers should be strong and you should have a proven record of exceeding on your goals.

Core responsibilities include:

· Taking complete ownership of transactional process operations end to end

· Reviewing every customer request in complete detail to understand the request and provide the right level of service

· Engaging with internal stakeholders and ensuring flawless execution of process operations

· Deep diving into customer requests and implementing the right solutions to increase efficiency and meet clients’ KPIs

· Monitoring and communicating transaction progress through regular, in-depth activity reports and insights, using this knowledge as a basis for future campaigns

· Working with Account Management, Sales & Marketing and Product teams to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance

· Identifying opportunities to improve Advertising’s product based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline

· Freshers or candidates with work experience of 6 months – 1 year experience in sales/marketing/account management in online e-commerce domain

· Superior verbal and written communication skills as demonstrated by experience

· Advanced computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint

· Desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment

· Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

· Should be flexible to work in shifts to cater global markets

· Must have managed global clients along with owning up their individual performance goals

Preferred Qualifications:

· MBA in Digital Advertising or other related Master's degree for a reputed institution

· Experience in e-commerce or retail industry

· Passion for online advertising and a track record of delivering outstanding results

· Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations

· Experience in data analysis, either professional experience or through your education

· Google Ad Words / Bing Ads certification will be added benefit
