Email and Content Marketing Manager
What does our team do?
Teespring’s Growth and Marketing teams develop strategies to maximize Teespring’s outreach and marketing efforts across all channels to drive growth and revenue. This position will assume responsibility for developing new channels and sales opportunities and support those efforts from discussion to implementation, working with cross-functional teams and external business partners to make it happen.
What is the job?
- Manage end-to-end execution of email campaigns, developing strategy, building, managing, analysing, and optimising email campaigns
- Identify and implement innovative messaging to drive conversions at scale
- Regularly report on campaign performance and overall channel performance to communicate email impact
- Implement and manage a process of iterative A/B testing to improve key email metrics
- Understand the lifecycle and segments of our potential customers, and utilise our customer database to create sophisticated email segmentation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement across email KPIs including deliverability, open rates, click-to-open rates, and conversion rates
- Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practices, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy policies
What do we need?
- BA or equivalent experience
- Desirable 1+ years experience with online customer acquisition channels, growth, or similar experience
- Hands on experience with email marketing, marketing automation software and A/B testing software
- Experience working with top of funnel and lead nurture campaigns
- Passion for email marketing, and tracking best practices, industry trends, and testing the newest strategies
- Ability to analyze and present content and social performance
- Strong analytical skills, rigor, and attention to detail
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment requiring close collaboration and versatility
- Approaches work with intensity, a sense of urgency and perspective
- Project management skills and understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads, and sales
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with effective interpersonal skills
- Bonus: Proficiency with HTML and CSS
