What does our team do? 
Teespring’s Boosted Network team develop strategies to maximize Teespring’s reach to consumers and marketing efforts across all channels to drive growth and revenue. We operate stores across marketplace partners (e.g. Amazon, Ebay and Walmart), run ads across the biggest marketing networks and optimise our own e-commerce platform. It’s our job to drive as many sales as possible for our sellers and creators. 

What is the job?
The Partnership Manager will build and maintain relationships with e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Ebay and Walmart. Ideally, the Partnership Manager will have a pre-existing network with these companies and prior experience of working with them. This person will become an e-commerce marketplace expert and understand how to build and operate the most successful online stores. This person will grow a deep understanding of the Teespring’s platform and custom integrations. The candidate must have a proven track record of successful performance against targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with marketplace partners through weekly calls and in person meetings
  • Identify opportunities with key partners to run promotions, product partnerships and custom integrations
  • Identify and test new marketplace channels
  • Problem solve and relieve bottlenecks as they arise with marketplace partners 
  • Optimise digital strategy and execution by running A/B tests on listings and growth hacking experiments
  • Report channel performance and key metrics into leadership team

What do we need?
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience as an account executive and expertise in relationship management
  • Experience of working in a fast moving, target driven environment with proven success in winning new business within a relevant vertical
  • Proven experience with building and keeping a network warm
  • Knowledge of e-commerce environment
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Highly personable and collaborative
  • Ability to influence decision makers
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to make quick decisions and meet tight deadlines
