Business Development Executive

What does our team do? 
The Strategy and Business Development team is a highly cross-functional team that works on the company’s biggest opportunities and challenges. We help solve “Type A” opportunities. On a weekly basis, we are doing everything from business development, strategic analysis, licensing, partnerships, marketing, and sales collaboration. We bring analytical rigor to the execution of company initiatives to grow Teespring -- whether through new projects or existing partnerships. 

What are the top job responsibilities? 
  • Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new high impact  business opportunities
  • Make huge impact by acquiring multi million dollar accounts 
  • Lead the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends using analytical horsepower and fresh critical thinking perspective
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch 
  • Work collaboratively across departments (BD/growth/marketing/data/product) on crafting the right pitch
  • Take data-driven approach to igniting existing revenue opportunities, including business roadmap, clear action plan with milestones 
  • Collaborate with senior managers to improve outreach process
  • Strategize growth of the sales team and assist in forecasting performance through the new year
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
  • Good knowledge of the creator industry 
  • Expert in social media platforms


What do we need?
  • 2-3 years executing as a top performing deal closer, accustomed to winning big accounts 
  • "Never say die" attitude 
  • Willing to pound the pavement and find the right place at the right time 
  • Experience working in settings that require high-powered critical thinking and problem solving
  • Extremely personable with an ’agile’ personality that is able to relate and foster relationships with a broad range of clients 
  • Experience working in fast-paced, constantly shifting environments
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and own/execute on numerous projects
  • Extremely comfortable communicating and presenting to clients, partners and employees
  • Highly proficient with Excel, Powerpoint and Word

  • Experience analyzing financial statements
