Accounts Payable Administrator

Tech Service Today is a successful, well established firm that provides IT, Telecom and Cabling services all across the US and Canada. Due to our growth we are seeking to add a highly driven, responsible, detail oriented and outgoing accounts payable administrator to our team.

Essential Duties
  • Validates and posts technician bills
  • Reviews and verifies invoice requests
  • Sorts, codes and matches invoices
  • Sets invoices up for payment
  • Reconciles accounts payable transactions
  • Researches and resolves invoice discrepancies and issues
  • Corresponds with technicians via phone and email
  • Able to negotiate and resolve technician disputes and/or questions quickly and efficiently
  • Monitors accounts to ensure payments are up to date

Education and Experience
  • 3 years accounts payable or general accounting experience
  • Experience in accounts payable
  • Experience in accounting procedures
  • Experience in relevant accounting software
  • Experience in resolving issues
  • Proficient in data entry and management
  • Minimum of 60 words per minute with great accuracy
  • PC Proficient
  • MS Office Suite Proficient
  • Adobe Acrobat Proficient
  • Experience with Quickbooks a plus
