What You Would Be Doing:-

1.Onboard all candidates in your batch and get them acquainted with the different program elements

2.Understand the expectations of all candidates from the program and mentor them to help them achieve their goals

3.Keep all candidates updated about the latest in the program via phone, email, chat

4.Analyze performance of candidates on different program elements and propose interventions to   improve lagging metrics

5.Maintain a database of the entire history of expectations, interactions & growth of every candidate

6.Provide lagging candidates with regular feedback and motivation to help them succeed

7.Manage preparation of candidates for placement activities to ensure maximum offers

8.Act as the eyes and ear for the program team to keep feedback flowing and help with iterative     improvement of the satisfaction levels from the program

9.Influence the program calendar including deadlines and events by working closely with the program  team and driving the schedule for the maximum benefit of the candidates

What We Are Looking For:-

1.Excellent written and spoken communication skills

2.High customer centricity, to understand student expectations and support them to achieve their goals;

3.Ability to approach any situation with patience and empathy

4.Good problem solving skills

5.Ability to manage clear internal communication to drive student success

6.Decent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is mandatory
