The Marketing Coordinator will join our team to lead and support initiatives impacting current and prospective partners across every segment. The position itself is a hybrid between marketing and event coordination and planning. The ability to prioritize projects, deliver on commitments and innovate – from coming up with never-before-seen ideas to injecting new processes for efficiency – will be key. Our ideal candidate is eager to hit the ground running to drive progress toward our mission of engaging and empowering athletes.
In Six Months, You Will Have Successfully:
- Created meaningful experiences for Teamworks partners and prospects at hosted and industry events
- Produced written and other forms of content to effectively deliver Teamworks’ message
- Developed a strategic plan and taken over day-to-day execution of Teamworks’ social media platforms
- Assisted in public relations efforts to build Teamworks’ brand and position
You’ll Achieve This Success By:
- Developing a strategy for and coordinating all logistics around events
- Managing the creation and distribution of press releases and testimonials with clients
- Developing a deep understanding of the Teamworks brand and position in the market
- Using available data to recognize trends and opportunities
- Building cross-functional relationships across the company, especially with sales and customer success
- Facilitating efficient and effective departmental activities
You Should Have Proven Experience:
- Planning and executing events
- Creating content to support brand goals
- Marketing for athletic and/or SaaS organizations
- Project management of initiatives, events, or campaigns
