People Experience Specialist

At Teamworks, we are on a mission to engage and empower athletes. The Teamworks’ People Experience Specialist will be responsible for executing Teamworks’ employee engagement strategy, delivering an exceptional employee experience that powers individual and organizational performance and helps the company maintain and grow its best-in-class culture.

Our ideal candidate has 2-4 years of human resources experience and is passionate about employee engagement, development, and well-being. Willingness to move fast, roll up your sleeves, admit mistakes, and be hungry to learn are requirements. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are a must. Most importantly, the most qualified candidate will embody Teamworks’ core values and be honest, humble, hardworking, committed, innovative, and exceptional.
  • Evaluate and refine programs that support the satisfaction, development and productivity of Teamworks employees
  • Analyze and leverage the Teamworks employee survey to surface critical insights and continuously improve engagement tools and programming
  • Facilitate performance, leadership, learning, development and career growth initiatives
  • Coordinate and implement wellness activities
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Drive social responsibility and community relations initiatives
  • Design and facilitate curriculums for new employee orientation and Teamworks Academy
  • Strategize and execute employee communications
  • Continuously strengthen Teamworks’ employment brand

Desired Background, Experience and Skills
  • 2-4 years of employee engagement experience
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field; certification preferred
  • Experience developing and implementing employee programs
  • Experience executing talent development, performance management and health & wellness initiatives
  • Project/program management experience; ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience creating and delivering employee communications and employment branding
  • Experience managing and measuring impactful employee programs
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment, pivot quickly based on changing business needs, and manage time appropriately
  • Passion for both the details and the big picture
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency designing and delivering presentations
