A Lancaster based distributor has openings for warehouse supervisors to join their rapidly growing company with locations in several states and new locations planned for the future.
About the Our Training Program
  • Learn Distribution: Work through a rotation in each warehouse department to develop an in-depth understanding of the flow of materials – receiving, inventory, logistics, shipping & returns
  • Advance into Leadership: Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be moved into an assistant supervisor or supervisor position – typically on second or third shift.
  • Room to Grow: Because of growth within the company, successful supervisors will have the opportunity to advance locally or relocate to newly opening distribution centers around the country
Our Ideal Warehouse Supervisor Trainee 
  • Excited to Learn: Willing to spend 3-5 months completing the training rotation – doing hands-on warehouse work & learning from our team of supervisors
  • Leader: Able to train and develop entry-level warehouse employees

  • Humble: Understands that the entire warehouse is interrelated and all teams need to work together to achieve success. No job is beneath any person. No person is better than anyone else.

  • People Oriented: We handle materials, but we work as a team. Strong interpersonal skills are a must to successfully lead a team and work with other departments.
  • Flexible: Supervisors MUST be willing to start on second or third shift following the successful completing of their training rotations. Option to transfer to first shift will depend on open
positions and willingness to relocate to other warehouses.
