Inside Sales Representative

Summary:

Since 2008, the CLASS system has been adopted at the state and federal level, and Teachstone has trained over 50,000 CLASS observers to evaluate teacher-child interactions and reached tens of thousands of teachers through the CLASS system.
 
Our Inside Sales Team serves as the front-line in our client engagement efforts. Whether responding to incoming inquiries or making outbound calls, the inside sales team is at the very core of our growth, converting inbound demand into qualified opportunities. The team works closely with our marketing and outside sales teams, which streamline our marketing automation and business intelligence efforts, ensuring that the team is contacting the right people, at the right time, with the right message.

Responsibilities: 
  • Meet quarterly and annual activity and performance objectives
  • Record all activities and build a sales pipeline in our CRM (SalesForce)
  • Maintain a positive and professional manner while handling a high volume of outbound/inbound calls and other outreach methods
  • To research and identify qualified prospects 
  • Understanding of the education market and our product/service offerings
  • Prospect and qualify leads via proactive outbound telephone and other outreach methods in an effort to cultivate initial interest in Teachstone
  • Generate and promote attendance for specific marketing-related programs, events, webinars through direct outbound call campaigns
  • Identify and manage sales opportunities through marketing-generated leads with outbound telephone and other outreach methods

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Team player who shares problem-solving responsibilities with the team and offers creative responses to new challenges
  • Ability to provide feedback that is both directive and supportive
  • Sales experience preferred 
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
