Client Success Manager (myTeachstone)

Summary: 
Teachstone is looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) who understands that the success of our business is directly tied to the success of our client.  The ideal candidate is passionate about developing high value client relationships, understands how to align Teachstone solutions with client needs, and is skilled at identifying and delivering on expansion opportunities. Alongside the rest of the Teachstone team, the Client Success Manager will manage the satisfaction, longevity, and success of our clients. Asking themselves daily: How engaged are my clients? Are they getting the value they expect? Are they delighted by their experience with our organization? We’re looking for a detail-oriented self-starter, who is also a strong team player— a doer that fundamentally believes in the importance of high-quality interactions, be it between the teachers and children we serve or with the clients they engage with regularly. 

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
  • Foster overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes: increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction
  • Serve as trusted/strategic advisor with each assigned client—investing in their success by proactively working with them to achieve their unique goals
  • Act as the internal customer advocate—gathering and sharing feedback with internal stakeholders
  • Focus on and manage client health, pinpointing potential risks and then working to find viable solutions
  • Engage in frequent proactive communication with clients
  • Create and deliver client reports to highlight customer successes and provide ongoing recommendations for further optimization
  • Attend on-site client meetings as requested/needed
  • Work with Regional Directors to maintain post-sale client relationships
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Teachstone product and service solutions
  • Support colleagues in their endeavors—teamwork and team success is vital 

Other areas of responsibility include:
  • Develop and deliver presentations/webinars to clients as needed
  • Work with finance on client invoicing 
  • Maintain client communication, tasks, and workflow in Salesforce CRM
  • Assist with product set-up as needed
  • Demo products/services as needed

Qualifications: 
  • BA, with experience in education (master’s degree preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex relationships and build strong rapport and trust clients 
  • Knowledge of educational structures and best practices in child and teacher development 
  • Learn quickly and exhibit tech savviness
