Sales Engineer

Tausight is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our dynamic and disruptive start-up, and bring much needed cutting edge incident security to the world of Health Care. We are sharply focused in our determination to protect the security of patients' unlike any other technology on the market today.

Led by the highly successful CEO and entrepreneur David Ting, and having world-class investors behind our growth, you will have the opportunity as our Sales Engineer to provide best practice consultation regarding Tausight solutions including system architecture, workflow diagrams, third party system integration, and solution implementation and deployment.
 
What you will do:

·       Assist and drive all technical aspects of the sales cycle:

·       Understand key technical and end-user workflow requirements

·       Develop and present appropriate solutions based on TauSight’s products

·       Develop proposals and key success criteria for evaluations

·       Lead technical demonstrations and evaluations

·       Assist with Design Partner and Beta programs with potential customers

·       Achieve strategic company objectives and revenue goals

·       Provide key enablement services to channel partners and assist them in selling and supporting Tausight’s products

·       Provide trade show and demonstration support for marketing events

What You Bring to tausight:

·       B.S. in Engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred

·       3+ years relevant sales engineering, consulting, or system integration experience with one or more vendors in the healthcare IT security industry

·       Expertise in a broad range of applications and technologies including, but not limited to some of the following:

o   Security Incident Response, Security Operations, Malware/Ransomware, Enterprise architectures, Microsoft Windows operating systems, Application/software virtualization technologies such as Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, Microsoft Terminal Services and VMware Workstation and Horizon View

·       Enterprise and SaaS-based software security technologies

·       Electronic Medical Record systems

·       Excellent and demonstrated presentation, verbal and written communication skills are essential

·       Experience staging and delivering technical demonstrations and proof of concept evaluations is strongly desired

·       Hands-on and relevant working experience with Healthcare Cybersecurity solutions is a plus

·       CISSP or related IT security certifications are a plus

·       Experience selling to healthcare providers is strongly desired

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

·       Residence within the lower 48 states and within an hour’s commute to an airport is highly preferred

·       Ability to travel up to an average 60% of the time with variances week by week
