Tara AI is an intelligent product builder, leveraging machine learning to speed the software development of products. Their engine analyzes open source repositories and code residing on the open web to structure, scope and build software projects for product owners across a variety of industries. F500 companies are sitting on a treasure trove of data in their project management systems, git version control and workforce directories. The platform connects to this data via an API, and using ML models, predicting how to build software (technical tasks), how long projects should take (timeline) and determine who will execute (team) when starting a new project.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY


Tara is looking for an experienced, strategic leader who can drive Tara’s growth strategy and vision. As an expert at inbound marketing and lead generation, the Director of Demand Generation will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing marketing programs that generate and engage leads at all stages of the funnel. We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in enterprise demand generation and a sound understanding of customer acquisition and growth strategies. Responsibilities

-   
Define roadmap prioritization and own the development of our demand generation strategy; develop playbooks for driving growth and partner adoption at scale

-   Plan and execute high-performing, scalable multi-channel demand generation campaigns for enterprises that drive pipeline and support revenue goals —including, but not limited to:

  • Advertising — Lead the development of targeted campaigns via social advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) from strategy to execution, including ad copy creation, bid management, strategic testing, performance monitoring
  • Email — Create and evolve the overall email marketing strategy; manage template design and email copy tailored to the needs of the targeted profiles
  • SEO — Work closely with our internal teams and external vendors to deliver campaigns that improve organic search rankings; guide content development & syndication strategies
  •  SEM — Develop and implement optimum enterprise-level paid search campaigns to capture high-quality lead data and deliver them to sales
  • Trade shows — Define trade show objectives and support the creation of event calendar; develop pre-show, on-site and follow-up campaigns that capture the interest of attendees and accelerate engagement

-   Work closely with sales to ensure that campaign content aligns with our value proposition and mapped to segments and buyer personas; support SDR nurture programs by assisting with prioritizing, qualifying and scoring leads

-   Develop a quarterly plan to forecast growth and monitor budget allocation

-   Recruit, grow and mentor a team of high-performing professionals by providing guidance and feedback


Requirements

-   5+ years of experience in demand generation including 3+ years of experience leading and scaling growth strategies, preferably with enterprise sales software and/or SaaS
-   Proven success in lead generation strategy and leading teams through complex marketing operations
-   Demonstrated experience in executing B2B demand generation programs that drive and accelerate user acquisition
-   Strong analytical and quantitative skills and a passion for translating data into actionable insights
-   Proven track record in thought leadership and category creation
-   Strong motivation to understand customer needs, behaviors and usage patterns
