Customer Support Analyst

We know that what you say (and how you say it) matters, which is why we've built the most advanced online editor for job descriptions there is. Our customers (hiring teams at BuzzFeed, Earnest, Levi's, and many more) use our editor to write job descriptions that are welcoming to all qualified candidates. The result is a more fair and representative hiring process for candidates across the globe. Check it out: TapRecruit.co/smart-editor

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain our custom job crawler system using your knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JQuery
  • Build crawlers and configure new customer accounts

  • 401k retirement plan
  • Commuter benefits
  • Custom tech setup
