Reporting directly to our founders, you'll help us develop a content strategy that showcases our growing database of insights and original research. You'll join a team that's one part science, one part language, and one part engineering to help us take complex ideas and make them digestible to a broad audience of people working in recruiting. We're not afraid of science or hard conversations and are excited to have you help carry our voice further.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with our science, language and product teams to develop a comprehensive marketing content schedule
- Write long-form content such as customer case studies and research articles
- Write regular short-form content such as emails and blog posts
- Help produce sales and marketing documents
While we do not expect you to be an expert at job descriptions or recruiting in general, the content we produce is often more "technical" than "lifestyle." A large part of this job will be interviewing our teams (and customers) and editorializing the many cool/fun/weird things we're all working on. Basic knowledge of HTML is not required but would be welcome (We're also happy to teach you if you're curious).
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as an in-house content writer for a brand, preferably one that has a science or engineering voice
- A portfolio of writing samples
