Are you ready to take on your next challenge in the city of Sofia, Bulgaria? We are looking for a fluent Hungarian speakers with a good command of English who want to join a Travel Service desk.
This position will be for our client – an outsourcing partner - and is based in their office in the Bulgarian capital Sofia. This largely modern and youthful city has some fantastic museums, galleries, restaurants and clubs. It also lays on the foot of the Vitosha Mountain which gives plenty of opportunities for skiing and hiking!
As a Travel Advisor you will represent a very well-known airline. Your contact with your clients will be done via incoming calls and emails. Answering queries about their flight, updating passenger information, booking and changing flights are all part of your daily tasks.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Hungarian
- Good command of English
- Passion for travel
- Customer service experience
- Flexible attitude
- Eagerness to learn and develop
Full paid training will be provided.
