French speaking Solution IT Support Specialist

For a global leader in procurement services we are looking for a fluent French speaker to join their IT Solution Support team in Prague. This beautiful capital city of the Czech Republic is known for their old town centre and amazing buildings and architecture. It’s an international global city that has lots to offer for everyone!


The Solution Support Analyst will be helping clients via phone, email and webex to implement procurement software. This is a versatile role where you will be working with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of the software. Problem solving and suggesting business solutions will be important in this role. 


We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English and FRENCH
  • Previous experience in a customer or technical support role
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • Good understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is a plus, basic
  • knowledge of Ticketing tool is considered an advantage
  • Eagerness to learn and develop


Full paid training will be provided. The selection process can be done remotely and there is a relocation package on offer for the successful candidate. Excellent base salary plus benefits and career progression.
