Bilingual French/English Customer Advisor

A fantastic new opportunity has come available for bilingual Customer service professionals with fluency in both French and English to support their client in the automotive industry.

As a Customer Administrator you will receive incoming calls and emails from your clients in France, the UK and Ireland. Existing customers will be in touch with a variety of queries and your task is to respond in a timely manner. Furthermore, you will receive incoming requests from potential new customers that may be would like to arrange a test drive with one of the new cars. It will be your task to arrange and coordinate this with the in-country dealerships. This is a varied role with lots of
different administrative tasks and where you will need to take ownership over the issues that arise.

We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in both French and English
- Excellent listening and problem solving skills
- Computer literate
- Eagerness to learn and develop

Full paid training will be provided. Basic gross salary of Euro 1673 p/m plus Euro 152 bonus potential p/m. Additional benefits: 36 hr work week, 50% reimbursement of public transport costs, 25 holidays + additional 7 days off, Career progression opportunities, Access to the company’s canteen, private medical insurance and Life insurance. Rotational shift pattern between the working hours Mon-Fri: 08:00 - 20:00, Sat: 08:00 -14:00).
