For a global leader in procurement services we are looking for bilingual French and Italian speaker to join their IT Support team in Prague. This beautiful capital city of the Czech Republic is known for their old town centre and amazing buildings and architecture. It’s an international global city that has lots to offer for everyone!
In this role you will provide technical assistance via phone, email and webex to clients for eProcurement tools. Listen to the clients needs, troubleshooting and first time resolution are important in this role.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in French and Italian
- Good command of English
- Previous experience in a customer or technical support role
- Ability to multi-task
- Good understanding of ITIL (Information Technology infrastructure Library) is a plus, basic knowledge of Ticketing tool is considered an advantage
- Eagerness to learn and develop
Full paid training will be provided. The selection process can be done remotely and there is a relocation package on offer for the successful candidate.
