Czech speaking Customer Service Assistant

For our client in Bulgaria – an outsourcing partner – we are looking for a CZECH speaking Customer Service Assistant. 
 
The role will be based in their office in the Bulgarian capital Sofia. This largely modern and youthful city has some fantastic museums, galleries, restaurants and clubs. It also lays on the foot of the Vitosha Mountain which gives plenty of opportunities for skiing and hiking!
 
You will represent a global electronics company and within this support team you will be responsible for answering incoming queries from clients via phone, email and live chat. Listening to the customer, answering their queries in a timely manner, administration, taking ownership of issues and problem solving will be part of your daily tasks.  

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in CZECH
  • Good command of English 
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate
  • Eagerness to learn and develop

Fully paid training will be provided. Excellent relocation package available which includes flight reimbursement, 2 weeks hotel on arrival, relocation assistance and monthly accommodation allowance on top of basic salary and monthly bonus.
